Curt joined Millennium Private Wealth excited to reunite with some of his favorite UBS colleagues. Grateful to have fifteen years of experience managing advisors around the world, Curt is realizing his long-term dream of focusing exclusively on the families and organizations that they serve. After a thorough due diligence process, he chose Millennium and Wells Fargo Advisors Financial Network because their strength, stability, platform, and especially for their people.
Curt graduated from the University of Virginia in 2002 and earned his MBA from The McColl School of Business in 2008.
Curt is a Certified Private Wealth Advisor ("CPWA"), an advanced professional certification for advisors who serve high-net-worth clients. It’s designed for seasoned professionals who seek the latest, most advanced knowledge and techniques to address the sophisticated needs of clients with a minimum net worth of $5 million. Unlike credentials that focus specifically on investing or financial planning, the CPWA program takes a holistic and multidisciplinary approach.
His UBS Financial Services journey began in New York City as he joined the prestigious Wealth Management Associate Program in 2002. From there, Curt supported advisors and clients in roles including Wealth Management Analyst in Washington, D.C., covering the Mid-Atlantic Region, sales manager in Charlotte, National Sales Manager for UBS Australia, Branch Manager in Melbourne, Australia, Regional Sales Manager for the Northwest Division, Branch Manager in Chicago and most recently lead UBS's Upstate South Carolina business.
When not meeting with clients or doing research Curt enjoys his community leadership roles. He serves on the Board Directors for the Cancer Survivor's Park (a space in Downtown Greenville for learning, healing and hope for anyone touched by cancer). He is a long standing board member of the Community Works Federal Credit Union, a nonprofit to help members build assets, improve their credit and access affordable solutions not previously available. His is also president of the Alta Vista Neighborhood Association, a long-standing member of the Poinsett Club's Membership Committee, Leadership Greenville Class of 40 Graduate and a member of the Greenville Health System Children's Hospital Advisory Board. He served on the United Way Director's Council for 3 years.
Curt is an Eagle Scout. He lives on historic McDaniel Avenue in Greenville, South Carolina with his wife, Jade and daughter, Hannah.
